Using
Charging Electronic Devices via the Battery Unit
For example, you can take the charged battery unit (6) along on
your journey to charge or operate a cell phone or any other
electronic device.
Use the adaptor cable (5) to
connect the battery unit with the
electronic device using the suit-
able adaptor (9 – 13) accordingly
(fig. 3). The connected electronic
device shows the charging situ-
ation. Always observe the infor-
mation provided in the manual of
the connected electronic device
regarding the charging process.
Notes:
Always fully charge the battery unit before you use it to
operate or charge other devices.
The capacity of the battery pack is low when the charging
alarm indicator LED (15) blinks red. In this case recharge the
battery unit.
Charging Electronic Devices via the Solar Panel
Directly charge the batteries of electronic devices via the solar
panel. Use the USB adaptor cable (7) to connect the electronic
device with the DC USB output (4) of the solar panel (fig. 4) using
the suitable adaptor (9 – 13) accordingly. The connected
electronic device shows the charging situation. Always observe
the information provided in the manual of the connected elec-
tronic device regarding the charging process.
Note:
Most electronic devices can be charged this way. Some devices
such as iPhones, older Nokia models, etc. can only be charged
via the battery unit.
