Commissioning and care
• Clean the machine thoroughly before the first use and then after every use. Always
dry well. Do not use caustic or foaming cleaning agents. A measured quantity of
cleaner is sufficient.
Food platform, food holder and slider unit are dishwasher-proof (place in the upper
dish rack). Dishwasher temperature below 65°C/150°F
• We recommend washing the disc blade with a washing-up brush. Please clean the
body of the machine with a dishcloth.
• Take care when cleaning, using and storing. Keep device out of reach of children.
• Keep away from heat and high temperatures.
• Use on a dry, clean and level working surface.
• For your own safety, always use the slider unit and food holder.
Slice the food, if applicable, to the size of the slider unit and the food holder.
• For safety: please do not cut end pieces or small foods.
WARNING
sharp blade!
Remove the sharp
disc blade by rotating
it anticlockwise.
You can now clean the
blade with a washing-
up brush.
The toothed wheel
elements on the
reverse cannot be
removed.
Then dry the blade well and
leave it to air dry for a while.
Re-attach the disc blade (1)
and secure with by turning it
clockwise (2).
