Powering the device ON
1. Connect the power adaptor to the back of the device.
2. Switch the main power supply to ON and switch the device ON from the back.
3. Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to begin mixing and to stop the operation.
Setting the RPM
1. To set the speed in RPM, press the ‘RPM’ button and the clockwise or counter-
clockwise direction will be indicated by the LED.
2. To change the clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, press the ‘RPM’
button again.
3. When the LED begins blinking, the desired RPM can be set using the ‘Increment/
Decrement’ buttons or the knob.
Setting the time
1. Press the ‘Time’ button to select the value between one minute and 99 hours
59 minutes or variable time by using the ‘Increment/Decrement’ buttons.
2. To select continuous mode, press and hold the ‘Time’ button until it flashes ‘][‘
on the display.
Power intermittent mode
The power intermittent mode allows the user to set operations to auto resume
from the remaining time upon the restorage of power. If there is a power failure or
mechanical fault, it allows the user to start where they had been interrupted during
the failure.
By default, this mode is switched OFF. Press the ‘Power Inter’ button once to activate
the mode. A LED light will indicate the mode being switched ON. Once the mode has
been turned ON, the unit will remember the last running values at the point of the
failure and resume the operation for the remaining time when the power is restored.
Operating the smart control function
By default, the standard overload protection is active with the overhead stirrer. If the
unit detects the overload in torque value more than recommended, the actual speed
of the stirrer shaft will be reduced to zero and the unit will stop with an ‘Error OL’
message. [Refer to the Troubleshooting Section for more information]
To switch the smart control function ON, press the ‘Smart Control’ button. If the torque
value is higher than the recommended value, the unit will automatically detects the
problem and reduces the motor speed until it finds the optimal speed for constant
mixing, even at a higher torque.
