Control Panel/Heater Assembly. Any servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must
be performed by a qualified appliance repair technician.

WARNING: Unplug Deep Fryer from wall outlet before cleaning.

Cleaning

Always unplug the appliance and let the appliance and oil cool down to room temperature
before cleaning.

of the Deep Fryer Body.

3. Remove Basket from Oil Tank.
4. Grasp Control Panel/Heater Assembly and gently pull up to remove.

Use extreme caution

when removing the Control Panel/Heater Assembly as oil may splash out of the Tank.
