CONTROL pANEL

• Best results are obtained by using a low speed for normal 

conditions and a high speed when odours are more 

concentrated.

• Turn the hood on a few minutes before you start cooking.
• The hood should be left on for about 15 minutes after 

cooking, or until all odours have disappeared. The control 

switches are located on the unit’s front panel (Fig. 15).

• The control panel comprises of:

: Fan speed selection.  

 

1 dot = low speed for light frying/boiling.  

 

2 dots = medium speed for frying/ 

 

wok cooking/heavy boiling.  

 

3 dots = high fan speed for grilling/ 

 

intensive frying/and wok cooking.
