HAND MIXER OPERATION
1.
Before
fir
st use, the hand mixer accessories
must be cleaned. Wash with warm
water and mild detergent. Rinse with fresh water and allow to dry.
Your hand mixer
is now ready for use.
2.
Ensure unit is unplugged from wall power outlet.
3.
Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the underside or the hand mixer and
push inwards lightly until they click and engage.
4.
Insert power plug into the mains outlet and turn on.
5.
Add ingredients into a suitable hand mixer safe bowl.
6.
Thrust the beating accessories into the material to be beaten/mixed.

Adjustable speed control ingredient and accessory recommendations:
Speed 1 - Dough hooks: butter, potatoes
Speed 2 - Beaters: sauces, milk products
Speed 3 - Dough hooks: light pastry dough
Speed 4 - Beaters: whipped desserts, cream
Speed 5 - Beaters: egg whites, whipped cream
and ensure the appliance is turned off and unplugged whilst fitt
ing attachments.
WARNING
Do not plug the appliance into power before it is fully assembled.
WARNING
Exercise caution when removing the attachments from the mixer
WARNING
Do not blend hot or boiling foods or liquids as there is a risk of burns
or scalding.
CAUTION
It is not recommended to run the hand mixer continuously for more
than 5 minutes at a time for light substances. Do not mix dry, thick or heavy
mixtures continuously for more than 2 minutes. Stop the operation and stir the
ingredients before continuing. Allow the motor to rest for 1 minute between each
use.
