Part 3 - Prepare the Boiler
Remove all sides of the shipping crate to allow the boiler to
be moved into its installation location. The boiler is heavy. At
least two individuals are needed to properly handle the boiler.
The boiler is also equipped with leveling mechanisms on its
casters that can be used to level the boiler properly on an
uneven location surface. If surface flooring is rough, take care
when moving the boiler into position, as catching the casters
could damage the boiler.
1. Remove screws on crate sides, front and back.
2. Remove crate side, front and back panels.

3. Remove lag bolt that secures heat exchanger
to pallet/base.
4. Remove the screws that connect support rail
to cross pieces.
5. Tap the inside of the support rails outward. The heat
