WARNING!

Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, power supply shall be discon

-

nected from tool. 

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a specially prepared cord 

available through the service organization.

Carbon brushes

The brush and commutator of the tool shall be examined for several months. Their good 

contact makes the tool energetically. When the spark around the commutator become 

greater the carbon brushes should be changed.

Cleaning 

Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, power supply shall be discon

-

nected from tool.

 Compressed dry air blow may be the most effective cleaning method. 

Always wear safety goggles when cleaning tools with compressed air. 

Ventilation openings and switch levers must be kept clean. Do not attempt to clean by 

inserting pointed objects through openings. 

No chemical agent is allowed to be used in cleaning the power tool. 

Protecting the environment

 

 

Meaning of crossed –out wheeled dustbin: Do not dispose of electrical appliances as 

unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact you local govern-

ment for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances 

are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the 

groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being. When 

replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your 

old appliance for disposals at least free of charge.
