DISHWASHER WARRANTY

This Westinghouse appliance is warranted by manufacturer, *(hereinafter called the Company), which
undertakes by this warranty.
For two years after installation the Company or its agent will pay the costs for repairing or replacing all parts
the Company or its agent finds defective.

(Please note that you will pay for the costs of transport required, for service located outside of areas
serviced by the Company or its agent.)

1. This warranty applies only for mainland Australia and Tasmania, and does not cover any service 

consequent upon accident, alterations, misuse, fire or floods.

2. This warranty is valid only for installations made in accordance with installation instructions.

3. This warranty is conditional upon the appliance being used for personal domestic or household purposes 

and installed and operated in accordance with the Company’s instructions.

4. The original purchaser is requested to ensure the data below is completed and retained.

5. This warranty is the only express warranty given by the Company. No person has authority to change or 

add to these obligations and liabilities.

6. The Company reserves the right to determine whether or not a fault is caused by faulty workmanship or 

material or that any part is defective.

7. This warranty shalll not apply to any loss suffered through or resulting from the non-operation or the 

ineffective operation of the Dishwasher or any part of the Dishwasher.

8. Nothing in this warranty, shall be construed as affecting any rights you may have under the Trade 

Practices Act or any other Commonwealth or State Legislation which gives you rights which can not be 
modified or excluded by agreement.
