Problem Solving guide.

FAULT

POSSIBLE CAUSE

SOLUTION

Not operating

No power

Check power turned on / Power button is on.

Power supply not connected

Check plug is in & switched on

Check power point by using another appliance.

Not working

Check fuse box & circuit breaker

Door not properly closed

Check door closed. Push door until latch clicks.

Won’t start

Dishwasher is in Pause mode.
“P” flashes on digital display window
All lights flashing (model 907)

Press START button to un-pause the machine.

Door Issues

Door hitting left or right at top

Unit is not level at rear

Adjust rear-levelling legs as per installation
instructions.

Door hard to close

Top basket not fully pushed in

Door not closing

Bottom basket running off the track

Door opens easily

Make sure top and bottom baskets are in
position.

Operational problems

Dispenser not opening

Loose spoon or pot handle sticking
out

Make sure nothing obstructs the dispenser door
from opening.

Check water supply & tap
