Pole Pruner

Operation

There  is  no  need  to  force  the  pole  pruner  into  the  cut.  Run  the  motor
and only lightly press on the tool. If the saw jams in the cut, do not try
and pull the tool out by force.

Cutting Branches

Cutting thick Branches on a Tree

  When  cutting  off  larger

branches,  you  should  first
cut  into  the  branch  from
below.  First  cut  into  the
branch  from  below  outside
the place where you intend
to  cut  off  the  branch.  The
cut  should  go  from  one
third to halfway through the
branch

(step

1).

This

prevents  the  branch  from
buckling  when  you  cut  into
the  branch  from  the  top
outside  the  first  cut  (step
2).

  Finally,  cut  off  the  stump

with one clean cut (step 3).

Before  you  start  cutting,  attach  the  branch  at  the  limit  stop  of  the

saw.
