Operation
Function Principle
The keyfinder operates at a transmission range of up to
25 meters and can locate keys in drawers, pockets, under
the pillow and in other concealed locations. The card
serves as a transmitter of a special acoustic signal that
can be received, interpreted and answered by the
keyfinder.
Using
Before first use, remove the straps from the batteries
which serve as transportation locks to protect the
batteries from being discharged.
Connect the receiver to your key chain. You can put the
credit-card-shaped remote control unit in your wallet or
purse.
In the event that your keys got lost, take the card and
quickly
press the button twice
that is located at the
bottom edge of the card. It shows the inscription “Press
here”. The transmitter generates special acoustic
signals that can be received by the receiver.
When the key chain is in range, the receiver responds
with its own series of beeps and the LED starts
flashing. This will enable you to locate the missing key
chain.
Press the “Light/Stop” key on the receiver to stop the
acoustic signal sequence.
