Installing the Hedge Trimmer Blades
1. Turn the gear wheel as shown in the figure. Please note that the
cam of the gear wheel is positioned completely upwards or down-
wards.
2. Follow the steps 5
– 7 from the chapter “Installing the Grass Shear
blades”.

Do not use accessories that are not specifically designed for this
unit. Only because the accessories can be attached to the unit does
not guarantee safe use.

The hedge trimmer must not be used in conjunction with the
telescopic rod.

Keep all body parts away from the blades. Do not attempt to
remove or hold material that has been cut off while the blades are
running.

Remove jammed material only when the unit is switched off!
Carelessness can lead to serious injuries.
