Before first Use
Clean the vegetable slicer thoroughly as it comes into contact with
food.
Operation
1. Place the vegetable slicer on a dry, stable and even surface. The
crank of the slicer is mounted in opposite direction to save space
during transport. Please mount the crank correctly.
2. For cutting spiral slices no additional
blade is needed because the straight
blade is already mounted on the vege-
table slicer. For making julienne
slicing either use the thin or the thick
julienne blade and mount it on the
provided opening. Make sure the
blade is firmly fixed on the rear side
attachment.
3. Wash the fruits/vegetables, peel it if
necessary and cut off both ends
straight.
4. Fix the food firmly on the shaft
and turn the crank clockwise.
The food will be cut in fine
twisty spirals.
Cleaning and Storing
After each use, clean the vegetable slicer thoroughly in warm
soapy water. Dry all parts well. Be careful when handling and
cleaning the blades.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to
damage the surfaces.
Store the vegetable slicer out of reach of children.
