IV

Please note the following safety advice to avoid malfunction and
damage:

ƒ

The unit contains fragile parts, so keep it away from children.

ƒ

Do not use abrasives to clean in order not to damage the surface.

ƒ

Mount the ventilator only where it does not impair your vision and does

not pose any danger if it falls down (e.g. during hard braking).

ƒ

Do not reach into the rotating fan with your fingers.

ƒ

Do not use the ventilator if the unit itself or the power cord has been

damaged. Do not disassemble the unit; it does not contain any parts
serviceable by you.

Location

1.  Wipe the surface thoroughly and wet the suction cup with water. Grasp

the suction cup and firmly press it on the cleaned surface.

2.  Insert the socket of the unit into the cigarette-lighter-socket.
3.  To switch on the ventilator, move the switch in direction

ON

 and to

switch off, slide the switch in direction

OFF

4.  To oscillate (to turn the fan), press the oscillation button down. The fan

makes a rotation to the left and to the right (1/4 turn). Pull the oscilla-
tion button up and the fan stops in that position.

Changing the Fuse

Replace a defective fuse with one of the same type and dimension.
