The pan is suitable for gas, electric, glass ceramic stove tops and induction hot
plates.
Before first Use
Assemble the pan grip as pictured.
Remove any labels from the pan.
Rinse the pan under hot water and dry well.
Always rub the coating lightly with edible oil or
shortening.
Always use the cooking zone whose diameter
corresponds to the diameter of the pan.
Using the Pan
When frying with fat, always put fat into the empty
pan and turn to high energy supply. When the fat
begins to some lightly, place the food to be fried
into the pan. This way you avoid overheating the
non-stick coating.
When frying without fat, heat up the pan to medium
temperature at most and make sure not to over-
heat the pan and the food to be fried.
Cleaning
Do not allow food residue to dry on the pan. Simply wipe out the pan with
kitchen towel or clean the pan with hot water and detergent. Preferably,
remove food and soak the remnants in the pan in a bit of water and detergent
while it is still warm.
Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners which contain sand and do not
clean the pan with the abrasive side of sponges.
The pan is dishwasher safe.
