Operation
Before the First Use
Before the first use, familiarise yourself with the unit. Read the
safety notes and use the unit only according to this manual.
Remove all packaging from the unit and the accessories. Do not
leave packaging materials lying around; plastic bags may be-
come a deadly toy for small children.
Clean all parts as described as in the chapter “Cleaning”.
Operating the Blender Stick
1.
The inner side of
the stainless steel
blender stick (1)
has totally 4
notches (A). The
motor unit is
equipped with 2
locking pins (B).
2.
When inserting the
stainless steel blender stick (1) into the motor unit, make sure
the locking pins (B) fit exactly with the corresponding notches
(A). When inserting the blender stick correctly into the motor unit,
the blender stick is already engaged.
Please do not turn fur-
thermore.
3.
Plug the power plug into a wall socket. Place the blender stick
(1) in the measuring cup (2). Immerse the blade fully into food-
stuff or liquid before switching the blender stick on in order to
avoid splashing.
4.
Push the ON button

for normal speed or push the ON button
II
for Turbo speed. As long as you keep the resp. ON button
pressed the blender stick rotates.
5.
When pressing the ON button

and turning the speed regulator
(4), you can adjust the running speed. Preferably start with set-
