Using
Intended Use
ƒ The portable sand blaster is a tool for versatile use driven by
compressed air. It is designed to process grinding material from
the supplied grit reservoir. A 2.4 m long suction hose is used to
deliver the grinding material. The portable sand blaster is suitable
for sand-blasting iron, sheet metal, metal objects, etc.
ƒ The intended use also includes an operation following the
operating instructions.
ƒ Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying
force) or any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can
lead to serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the
intended purpose.
Before first Use
Unpack all parts of the portable sand blaster and check all parts for
any damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store
them out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may become a
deadly toy for children.
Start-up
1. Depending on the intended purpose, install the corresponding
plug on nozzle (5) respectively the suitable nozzle (14). Replace
the ceramic plug on nozzle (5) in case of wear and tear.
2. Attach one end of the suction hose (11) to
the hose connection (12) of the grit
reservoir. Use the hose clamp (15) to
secure this connection. Firmly put the
other end of the suction hose on the
corresponding suction hose connection (6)
of the sand blast gun.
