Using
Transferring Pictures/Using the Software
1. Use the provided USB cable (8) to connect the Digital
Photo Frame to a free port of your computer.
2. The Digital Photo Frame automatically switches on.
3. Press the menu key (6) at the rear of the device. The
main menu appears on the display (2).
4. The menu item “ USB connection ” is highlighted. Press
the menu key again to select this menu item. Confirm
the following confirmation prompt with the menu key.
5. A few seconds later the Digital Photo Frame is inte-
grated as a new USB device (CD ROM drive) in the
Windows operating system. The
DPFMate software for
transferring and managing the photos will launch auto-
matically. It does not have to be installed. The photos
that are currently stored on the Photo Frame are loaded
and shown as thumbnails in the picture preview
album (E).
Notes:
ƒ
Depending on your computer or operating system, more
or less time for identification and integration of the Digi-
tal Photo Frame into the system is required after con-
necting it. Do not press any key on the Digital Photo
Frame during this process.

Depending on the operating system that is used on your
PC, various further confirmation prompts may have to
be confirmed before the device finally can be integrated.
