Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on
operating the unit. Please pass it on along with the unit if it is handed over
to a third party!
Dispose of the packaging materials carefully; the plastic bags may become
a deadly toy for children.
Keep uninvolved persons away from the working area.
The sawhorse is not a toy. Keep children away from the sawhorse. Do not
allow children or persons in need of supervision to use the sawhorse.
Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery; these may get caught while
working with the sawhorse.
Use the sawhorse only for its intended purpose, for resting wooden
workpieces such as steams or log on the unit. Do not use the sawhorse as
scaffold, ladder, stool or similar.
Do not modify the sawhorse in any way, as this might cause injuries.
Keep bystanders and obstacles away from the work area.
Use the sawhorse on a solid level ground only and make sure the ground will
support the weight of the sawhorse and the weight of the workpiece. Do not
use the sawhorse on slopped surfaces (e. g. hillside).
Do not grasp with your hand the baffle pad. Make sure all moving parts are
working properly such as the baffle pad and the workpiece holder.
Make sure the sawhorse is assembled properly before unit the unit. Do not
use the sawhorse if it has been damaged.
Do not overload the sawhorse. See technical Data.
Before sawing the workpiece make sure it is securely fastened on the
sawhorse.
When working on heavy or very large workpieces please consider getting
assistance from another person. The max. allowable length of the workpiece
to be cut is 250 cm and my not be exceeded.
Do not drop the sawhorse, throw it, or otherwise misuse the sawhorse.
When folding down the sawhorse make sure not to jam your hands and
feet.
