Use
Before the First Use
Remove all packaging from the unit. Do not leave packaging materials lying
around; plastic bags may become a deadly toy for small children.
Clean the hand-held blender as described in the chapter “Cleaning”.
Using
1. Plug and turn the blender stick (6) into the motor unit
(3). Make sure the black marking lines are up with
the “opened padlock”. Turn the blender stick
roughly
and with a jolt in direction to the “locked padlock”.
Make sure the blender stick locks audibly into the
motor unit.
2. Plug the power plug into a wall socket.
For normal speed, press the ON Button

for TURBO speed, press the ON Button

3. To detach the blender stick from the motor unit, turn the blender stick in
direction to the “opened padlock”.
When blending directly in the pan while cooking pay attention not to overheat
the electric hand-held blender.
When chopping some hard foods like herbs, garlic, carrots, potato etc. please
add less water.
The max. continuous operation time of the hand-held blender is 1 minute (KB
1 min.) After operating the hand-held blender for 1 minute, allow the unit to
cool down sufficiently.
Do not mix food or liquids if their temperature exceed 70° C.
Cleaning
ƒ Before cleaning, please pull the power plug and allow the unit to cool down!
ƒ Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any liquids! Only use a moist cloth
to clean the motor unit. The blender stick can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
ƒ Make sure not to get hurt by the blade when cleaning it.
ƒ Do not use metal or sharp items to clean the unit, because these may
damage the surfaces. Do not use aggressive chemicals or similar materials.
