cannot be
lowered
completely
Oil level is too low
Lower lifting arm, fill in hydraulic oil up
to approx. 6.4 mm under the seam of
the filling plug.
Spring is unhook or
worn
Clean spring, lubricate all moving
parts. Have defective parts replaced.
Jack does not
lift up smooth-
ly
Air in the hydraulic
system
Close the release valve. Step with one
foot on the front wheel and completely
lift up the lifting arm with your hand.
Open the release valve and lower the
lifting arm slowly.
