Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunction and damage:
Use the image guide scope for its designed purpose, to inspect hard to reach
areas in automotives and machines. The unit is not designed for medical
purposes! Do not use the unit in high voltage circuits.
Do not disassemble the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. The unit does
not contain parts serviceable by you.
Do not bend the fibre optic cable not xxxx. Do not bend the cable on the cable
connection (5).
Do not immerse the housing into liquids and do not insert the cord into hot
object when the temperature exceeds 70°C. Protect the unit from moisture.
Take the batteries out of the unit if you do not use it for a longer period of
time.
Inserting the battery
1. Remove the battery compartment lid and insert two batteries of the type 1.5 V
LR6 (AA) into the compartment (4). Make sure to insert first the minus pole.
Close the battery compartment.
2. Insert the cable into the object you want to inspect. If necessary, switch on
the halogen bulb with the ON/OFF switch (8).
3. Lock through the eyepiece and turn the turning wheel (2) clockwise or counter
clockwise until the image appears clear.
Changing the Halogen Bulb
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach. Nehmen Sie zur einfachen Handhabung erst die
Batterien heraus.
2. Kippen Sie das Gerät leicht nach unten und drücken Sie mit dem Fingernagel
auf die Metallhalterung, damit sich die Halogenlampe von der Halterung lösen
kann. Setzen Sie immer Halogenlampen mit der gleichen Größe und Abmes-
sungen ein. Im Lieferumfang sind 2 Ersatzlampen enthalten.
Zubehör
Bei Bedarf können Sie unter der Artikelnummer 67 81 44 den Schraubspiegel 60°
als Zubehör bestellen:
Zum Aufstecken bzw. Aufschrauben des Spiegels, drehen Sie erst die Gewinde-
kappe von der Linse (7) ab und setzen Sie den Spiegel auf
