Suggested Components for safe Operation
Lubrication
Pneumatic tools have to be lubricated always sufficiently. This is done continu-
ously and safest by using an oil-fog lubricator. If the oiler is mounted centrally at
the compressor or mounted firmly at the end of the compressed-air pipe
installation, use only a hose with a length of max. 10 m. If the hose is longer, the
nebulisation disappears in the air. The oil floats inside the hose and does not
arrive at the air tool.
If no oil-fog lubricator is available you can drop a few drops of lubrication oil into
the air inlet (I) to operate the ratchet for short time only.
The oiler setting for an oil-fog lubricator should be:
when using a hose up to 5 m
every 2 min.
1 drop,
when using a hose up to 10 m
once per min.
