Use
Before the First Use
Before the first use, familiarise yourself with the unit. Read the safety notes
and use the unit only according to this manual.
Remove all packaging from the unit and the accessories. Do not leave pack-
aging materials lying around; plastic bags may become a deadly toy for small
children.
After that, clean all parts as described as in the chapter “Cleaning” on
page 12.
How to use the Blender Stick (C)
1. Place the units on a flat surface. Plug and turn the blender stick (C) on the
motor unit (A), until it locks.
2. Plug the power plug into a wall socket. Introduce the blender stick (C) in the
vessel (I). Choose normal speed by pressing the
above
ON/OFF switch (B

)
or the
below
ON/OFF switch (B
2
) for turbo speed.
3. After use, detach the blender stick from the motor unit. You can use the hand
blender in the measuring jug and just as well in any other vessel. When blend-
ing directly in the pan while cooking pay attention not to overheat the blender.
How to use the Whisk Stick (E)
Use the whisk stick only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and ready-mix
desserts.
1. Plug the whisk stick (E) in the adaptor (D) and lock the whisk. After this, plug
and turn the adaptor (D) in the motor unit (A) to lock it.
2. Place the whisk in a vessel and only then press the switch (B
1
) or (B
2
).
3. For cleaning the whisk stick, unlock it from the motor unit.
