Troubleshooting
The spray gun does
not sound “right”
during operation

Maintenance and Cleaning
Make sure that the plug is removed from the mains when carrying out
maintenance work or when you want to clean the spray gun or the paint
container.
The spray gun has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a
minimum of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operating depends on
proper machine care and regular cleaning.
Clean the spray gun thoroughly after each use.
Perform the following steps after each use:
1. Empty any remaining paint from the container (5).
2. Clean the container (5) thoroughly with thinner.
3. Pour some thinner into the container. Spray until only clean thinner is coming
out of the nozzle.
4. Clean the pick up pipe and the filter (11) with thinner.
5. Clean the basket (6) and the nozzle (8). Remove any paint residues.
