an email from your WD Sentinel when an alert occurs.

Use WD SMTP Server
: Select this option to use the WD SMTP server for
email.

Use My SMTP Server
: Select this option to use your own SMTP server for
email, then complete the following fields:

Server Name
: Enter the name of your SMTP server.

Port
: Enter the Port for your SMTP server.
•
This server requires a secure connection (SSL
): Select this option if the server requires a
secure connection.

This server requires authentication
: Select this option if the server requires authentication,
then complete the following fields:

Username
: Enter the authentication User Name for the identified server.

Password
: Enter the authentication Password for the identified server.
