Solution
The power LED does not illuminate.
1.
Ensure that the power cord is correctly connected
to the switch.
2.
Ensure that the electrical outlet is working properly.
Plug a different electronic device into the outlet and
try to power it on.
3.
Ensure that you are using the AC adapter provided
with the switch.
A port number LED does not illuminate.
1.
Ensure that the Ethernet cable(s) are correctly
connected to the ports on both the device and the
router.
2.
Ensure that the connected device is powered on.
Reasons for needing reset
To reset your My Net router to factory defaults, press
and hold the reset button with a sharp, pointed object
like the end of a paper clip for at least 10 seconds.
When the reset finishes, the Power LED blinks.
