WARNING LABEL IDENTIFICATION

The warning labels shown below have been placed on the spa cover, printed inside the inflatable spa
liner, and placed on the side of the spa jet unit of the DAYBREAK 300. Locate the labels and familiarize
yourself with this information. The label on the side of the spa jet unit is an adhesive decal. If this decal
is missing, or if it is not legible, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-999-3756,
Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Mountain Time, to order a replacement decal. Apply the decal
in the location shown.
