LANGUAGE SELECTION
ENABLING / DISABLING LANGUAGE
Escape Command for Language selection
.
The escape command recommended for selecting language, is as given below.
To select language one needs to send Esc ‘t’ 3 where 3 is the parameter defining
Bilingual character set in which one can print English & optional language.
For selecting Character set
1) Character Set Selection

3-Bilingual (Optional Language)
ESC t 3
enables the optional language and will be under enabled condition till
the user switches off the printer or changes to any other
ESC t
options. If the
user wishes to keep Optional language enabled even after
Power Off
, in such
case Optional should be selected through printer settings where in there is no
need to give
ESC
command to enable Optional.
Selecting Bilingual (ENG & Optional Language) character set through printer
settings
1.
Default character set will be Graphics in which we can use the printer to
print English & graphics.
2.
For printing Italics or Bilingual (Optional) the settings can be altered by
going into character set change option in printer setting mode. In this mode
any of the three character sets Italics, Graphics or Bilingual (Optional) can
be selected which will be stored into EEPROM.
** In Optional language only 10 CPI pitch is supported **
