9.4.8.1 Parametrization Cross Muting (X)

• All settings under the muting function must be carried out in one go. If the cross muting menu item is called
up again, the parameter configurations must be set again for the desired options.
• The following selection options are available for cross muting:
a) Timeout / muting duration

300 sec:
• There is a time limit on the maximum duration of an active muting
sequence. There are two values to choose from.
– 300S: Muting duration max. 300 s
– 8H: Muting duration max. 8h

b) Belt stop

Switch on
• The “belt stop” function stops the monitored muting counter for
as long as a valid signal is present. This means that the muting
duration can be extended in the event of process-related mal-
functions.
– ON: Belt stop activated
– OFF belt stop deactivated
