GREASE DRIP TRAY INSTALLATION

 

 

1.    Install the GREASE DRIP TRAY on the hanger brackets, directly 
       below the grease baffle. 

 

INSTALL COOKING APPLIANCE COMPONENTS 

 

1. HOTPLATE (spiral elements only) 
       a.    Lift/rotate the elements up. 
       b.    Install one DRIP PAN in each hotplate well. 
       c.    Install one ELEMENT SUPPORT in the indents in each DRIP 
              PAN. 
       d.    Rotate elements back into operating position. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 
 

 

2. If appliance is equipped with the optional warmer drawers: 
       a.    Install WARMER PANS on warmer drawer rails. 
       b.    Insert Humitrol racks (if provided).
