CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION!
•
Turn temperature controls to the OFF (O) position.
•
Allow unit to cool completely before cleaning.
WARNING!
•
DO NOT submerge counter top appliances in water.
•
DO NOT splash or pour water onto control panels or wiring. This appliance is not jet stream
approved. Do not clean with water jet.
•
Possible shock hazard and/or equipment damage if interior of unit becomes wet.
IMPORTANT!
•
Do not use steel wool for cleaning.
1.
Clean warmer and pans daily:
•
Wipe exterior surfaces using a clean cloth or sponge dampened with warm water and mild
detergent.
•
Remove pans from warmer and clean with warm water and mild detergent.
•
Dry pans by wiping with a clean dry cloth, then reinstall in warmer.
2.
Clean drawers, slides and cavity weekly:
•
Open drawer to its fully extended position.
•
Release latches on each side of slide rail.
•
Remove drawer from cavity.
•
Wipe exterior and interior surfaces of drawer with a cloth or sponge dampened with warm
water and mild detergent.
•
Clean slide rails by wiping with a clean cloth or sponge dampened with warm water and mild
detergent.
•
Use a soft bristle brush to sweep crumbs and food debris from the warmer cavity.
•
Dry all components by wiping with a clean dry cloth, then reassemble warmer.
