FEATURES & OPERATING CONTROLS
A. CONTROLS
1. Units are equipped with a lighted power switch which illuminates when the
unit is turned on.
2. When the unit begins heating, fill the basin with water.
A temperature of 145°F to 160°F (62°C to 71°C) will be maintained.
B. MOUNTING
1. Units are equipped with Bowl Clamps (qty 3) which are designed to secure
the unit firmly in place on a stainless steel countertop.
NOTE:
This appliance is designed to be used on stainless steel countertop only.

details.
C. DRAINS
1. These units are equipped with an overflow drain and a Stand Pipe
Assembly. When the Stand Pipe is removed the entire bowl drains.
