RECOMMENDED WELDING 

for carbon steels using a mixed gas (82% Ar / 18% CO₂) for carbon steel using CO₂ 
gas (100% CO₂) for stainless steel using a mixed gas (98% Ar / 2% CO₂)

MAINTENANCE 

Before maintenance, disconnect the welding device from the mains and allow to cool handle. Maintenance work daily:

- check the welding cables and connections 
- check and clean the wire feed roller 
- check the status of consumables (gas nozzle, the nozzle current) 
- replace worn or damaged parts of the monthly 

maintenance operations: 

- clean the inside of compressed air welder 
- check the electrical connections inside the welder 
- check items related to the wire feeding
