Service Manual

Disassembly and reassembly

If the O-ring shows signs of wear, replace it with a new one.

REASSEMBLY:

Lubricate the outside of the O-ring with a drop of alcohol to prevent it from riding up the
side of the cylinder when inserted.

When properly installed, the filter cylinder is perfectly flush with the chassis surface.

Separating the top and bottom chassis halves

“Removing the lithium ion battery assembly”

on page 29.

Remove the four cylindrical rubber plugs from the screw holes in the bottom chassis.

REASSEMBLY:

When reinstalling the rubber plugs, lubricate the screw holes with water applied with a
damp cotton swab.
