After completion of any of the specified cleaning methods, always carry out a visual inspection to check that no residues
have been left by the cleaning process.
5.1.2 Cleaning agent delivery for fully automatic cleaning processes
Cleaning agent delivery variants
The type of cleaning agent delivery method for the combi oven’s fully automatic cleaning processes is set with a setting in the
software settings. This software setting defines whether it is possible or NOT possible to deliver cleaning agent from single-
measuring dispensing bottles. A qualified service technician from an authorized service company can change this setting at
any time.
The following applies to the cleaning agent delivery for fully automatic cleaning processes depending on the setting:

Cleaning agent will be delivered exclusive-

At certain times in the cleaning process, the
user will be prompted by the software to put
one or more single-measure dispensing bot-
tles with cleaning agent or rinse aid in the
cooking chamber.

delivered fully automatically into the cook-
ing chamber from the connected canis-
ters.

ing chamber.

for both the canister variant and the sin-
gle-measure dispensing bottle variant.

For the canister variant, the software will
control how much rinse aid is dispensed
and delivered fully automatically into the
cooking chamber from the connected can-
isters.

variant, the user will be prompted by the
software to put single-measure dispensing
bottles with rinse aid in the cooking cham-
ber.
