Operation
1.
Place the SFT perpendicular to the fruit.
2.
Press the trigger on the SFT.
•
A beep and a green light indicates a valid measurement.
•
Haptic feedback and a Red light indicates an invalid measurement.
3.
Regularly clean the SFT tip
Cleaning Procedure
Clean the inside of the tip and probe regularly to prevent debris entering the gun mechanism.
1.
Remove the nose tip and probe. Then clean both.
2.
Re-install the tip. Then re-install the probe.
3.
Fire the SFT twice to ensure the probe is seated correctly.
Warnings
•
Avoid triggering the SFT while pointing it upwards, as debris may be dragged into the
mechanism.
•
If the probe falls out. Reinsert the probe and fire the gun at least twice.
