5.2 BAUD RATE BAUD RATE
It allows programming the desired baud rate for the CAN interface, in bits per
second. This baud rate must be the same for all the equipments connected to the
network. The RUW-01 has a hexadecimal switch for the baud rate communication
setting, as illustrated in the
. The remote unit presents the following baud
rates:
0 = 1 Mbit/s.
1 = 800 Kbit/s.
2 = 500 Kbit/s.
3 = 250 Kbit/s.
4 = 125 Kbit/s.
5 = 100 Kbit/s.
6 = 50 Kbit/s.
7 = 20 Kbit/s.
8 = 10 Kbit/s.
NOTE!
The baud rate for all the other values is 1 Mbit/s.
ATTENTION!
If the baud rate is changed, it will become valid only after cycling the
power of the RUW-01.
