aluminiumised steel.
Designed for use in 57 cm (22.5 in.) diameter kettles.
Using the CharCoal BriqUette holders
Place holders with flat sides together in centre of charcoal grate. Fill each holder with 25 briquettes and ignite charcoal. Coals will
be ready when they have a light coating of grey ash (approximately 25-30 minutes). Using long-handled tongs and heat-resistant
mitts, slide Charcoal Briquette Holders apart to the outside edges of the charcoal grate, leaving a large area in the centre for a
drip-pan. (Drip-pans are available as an accessory.) Place food on the cooking grate and cook with the lid on. Heat will circulate
around the food, simulating a convection oven.
