STEP III — Removing PVC bands 

Cut  the  PVC  bands  with  the  appropriate  tool,  on  the  upper  side  and  on 

the lower side of the Kayak ergometer. There are 4 PVC bands in total that must 
be  cut.  The  last  PVC  band  is  at  the  bottom  and  you  should  hold  KAYAK 
Ergometer to avoid sliding of parts.
