OPERATING THE MACHINE
MAINTENANCE
1) Determine the correct adjustment of your machine based on the height
of your die. Place die on Clicker Board (E) without any material.
2) Ease the handle forward until the head is resting on top of the clicker die.
Please note: Do not apply pressure to die at this time.
3) Adjust Height Adjustment Nut (A) clockwise or counterclockwise until the
Clicker Head (B), with the handle in the down position, sits lightly on top
of the clicker die. This adjustment should be satisfactory for most material.
A few small adjustments may be needed, depending on the size of the
blade or the toughness of the material to be cut.
4) After the machine is adjusted properly, lay your material flat on the
Clicker Board (E) free of any wrinkles.
5) Position the clicker die on top of the material and pull the handle
forward to apply enough pressure to cut through the material.

Limited Lifetime Guarantee
Every Master Tool is built to last using the finest materials and skilled American
workmanship. We are proud to stand behind our products with an unmatched
Limited Lifetime Guarantee. This quality standard warrants each product for
its lifetime against defects in materials and workmanship under correct use,
normal operating conditions and proper application. This guarantee does not
extend to any component parts not manufactured by Weaver Leather, or if
the machine is modified in any way. Weaver Leather makes no express warranties
other than those that are specifically described herein. This warranty is
expressly in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. There are no implied
warranties of any kind including merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Weaver Leather will in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages whatsoever, nor for any sum in excess of the price received for the goods.
The tubes of the clicker head have
a grease fitting that should be
greased at regular intervals
depending on use. We recommend
that you grease the marked area
every 50-75 hours of use.
When cutting board becomes
worn or chewed up from the
dies, you can send the board
back to Weaver to have it
planed down to create a new
clean surface. Please allow two
to three weeks lead time to have this done. You may
also choose to take the cutting board to your local
woodworking shop to possibly have this done.
