Troubleshooting

If your BeHear NOW headset behaves unexpectedly:

Ÿ

Restart the headset by connecting it to the charger. All 
configuration and connection data will be preserved.

Ÿ

If you haven't used your headset for an hour or so, a quick 
press on its Power button should renew the connection to 
any paired device (phone, laptop, etc.).

Ÿ

If the menu buttons on the app are grayed out, the 
headset is not connected to your phone. Go to the 

Settings / Connection

 screen to verify that BeHear NOW is 

in the Paired list. Tap it to activate the connection.
