Battery life
Once your battery is charged, it is recommended that you leave it for
20 to 30 minutes before use.
Your battery life depends on several usage factors:
•
the assistance mode selected
•
the weight of the rider
•
the elevation of the road
•
the tyre inflation
•
the wind
•
the pedalling effort provided
•
setting off and the frequency of stops
•
the outside temperature.

Warning, precautions
It is recommended that the battery is charged regularly, or after each
use. These batteries do not have a memory effect.
In order to maximise the life of your battery, it is nevertheless advisable:
•
to avoid hot places (ideal charging temperature: 20°C)
•
allow the battery to cool down for 30 minutes after using the
bicycle.
Precautions for use:
•
Only use the battery with this bike.
•
Only use the specific charger supplied to charge
the battery.
•
Only charge the battery in a properly ventilated
area.
•
Do not expose the battery to heat, do not charge it
in direct sunlight.
•
Do not disassemble or modify the unit and the
battery that is built into the unit.
•
Do not connect the (+) and (-) battery connections
with a metal object.
•
Do not expose the battery to liquids.
•
Do not use a damaged battery.
