You can use the software USM 100 PC from Waygate
Technologies to operate the USM 100 completely re-
motely from a computer (tablet) if both devices are on
the same network.
When the connection is established, the software shows
exactly the current user interface of the USM 100 as it
would otherwise be seen on the device. You can use the
applications stored on the computer independently of
the device.
Operation on the instrument itself is then not possible,
not even with the keys.
Note
To operate the USM 100 with the software
USM 100 PC , the instrument must be con-
nected via LAN (see page 269) or WLAN
(see page 270) to the same network as the
computer on which the software is installed.
