SHIPPING POLICIES: 

 

Billing Information  

We offer free shipping within the continental U.S with any order in excess of 

$500.00. Your credit card statement will appear as "Pure Water Technologies 

LLC". 

 

Canadian Shipments

 

UPS charges you, the receiver, a broker’s fe

e for any shipment that crosses the 

border. Please note UPS is also required in your location to collect GST/VAT 

on the value of your shipment. All charges will be shown at checkout. 

 

Tracking Shipments  

Upon  your  order  shipment  being  processed,  a  tracking  number  will  be 

emailed to the email address you provided on your order. If you don't see any 

tracking data for your shipment, please allow up to 48 hours for our system 

to update and then contact customer service @ 702-750-9800 for additional 

information.  

 

Undeliverable Packages  

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund 
minus shipping costs. If the shipment is undeliverable due to a mistake made 

as a result of Pure Water Technologies LLC, we will re-ship the item at no 

charge to the customer once it is received back at our shipping warehouse. 

 

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If 

you  would  still  like  to  purchase  items  that  were  undeliverable,  you  are 

welcome  to  place  a  new  order  on  our  website.  If  you  suspect  your  order 

cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of 

its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please
