Step 3: Line up the X bracket with the main
blade by inserting the handle stub through both
parts as shown.
1 Lay the whole assembly on its side. Insert the
handle through the the Rink Blaster as shown. The
stub of the handle aligns the X bracket with the main
blade assembly.
2 With the handle in the position as shown in photo,
tighten all 8 nuts and bolts starting with the 4 nuts
and bolts on the X bracket,
THIS SETS THE ALIGNMENT OF THE X BRACKET, MAIN
BLADE, AND THE HANDLE STUB.
Step 4: L
ock handle in place with 2” bolt and nut.
The handle core is solid at this end. Even so,
do not overtighten U bolt and the
2” bolt. Tighten the U
bolt until a small crease forms in the
braces as shown in the photo. Lastly, t
ighten the 2” bolt
. Assembly is complete.
