Antenna implementation is more critical than GSM, since it directly impacts:
the received signal strength (far more lower than GSM),
the number of satellites seen by the receiver (the positioning error).
The following rules of thumb should be observed:
it should be in the same plan as the horizon,
it should have a full view of the sky,
the sky view must not be obstructed.
