DISPOSAL OF THE UNIT
When the unit has reached the end of its intended duration and must be removed and replaced,
a number of measures must be taken:
•
The lubricating oil of the compressors must be recovered and sent to collection centers.
•
T
he unit’s structure and components, if no longer usable, should be taken down and
divided by type of material; this regards in particular copper and aluminum parts, of
which there are fair amounts in the unit
.
This is to ease collection, disposal and recycling
centers and minimize environmental impact
.
