16. Go to the isolation valve and manually adjust when it sends
the “valve open” signal to the
Controller. With the valve in its new, balanced
“fully open” position, use a screw driver to
rotate the arrow on the Valve Position Signal Indicator so that it points well inside the
“Valve
On” arc, as shown in the figure below. When the indicator arrow (moving counter-clockwise
when opening) passes the 1 at the top of the arc, the valve wi
ll send the “valve open” signal
to the Controller. If this step is not done, the Controller could abort the ignition sequence and
display
a “
Delayed Interlock Open
” fault.

17. Repeat the previous step on all other units that have been balanced.
